Full Circle Memories — Service Policies
Full payment is required before production begins. Work will not be scheduled or started until payment has been received in full. This ensures we can dedicate the time and attention needed to thoughtfully create your memorial or celebration video.
Clients may cancel their order within 48 hours (2 days) of placing it. Cancellations made within this timeframe are subject to a $50 cancellation fee to cover administrative time and scheduling.
Cancellations requested after 48 hours are non-refundable, as production time may have already been reserved or work may have begun.
Each package includes a set number of revisions as outlined in your selected service package. Additional revisions beyond what is included may be subject to an additional fee.
Standard turnaround times are provided at the time of booking. Rush services may be available for an additional fee depending on availability.
Clients are responsible for providing photos, videos, and music in a timely manner. If physical photos are provided for scanning, they will be handled with care and returned promptly.
