Our Process
Send us your photos and videos.
Provide us with the photos and videos you’d like included in your video. If you have physical photographs, we also offer pickup and professional scanning services for an additional fee. All original photos are handled with great care and returned to you promptly, so you can feel confident trusting us with your memories.
Tell us your vision
Share how you would like your video to be crafted. You may request specific music or allow us to thoughtfully select music that best complements the story being told. We’re happy to incorporate religious elements, military service, clubs, organizations, personal achievements, or any other special requests that help make the video meaningful, personal, and true to the moment being celebrated.
We create your video
We thoughtfully create a personalized video that celebrates the story you want to tell, whether honoring a loved one, marking a milestone, or celebrating a special moment. Once the video is complete, it’s shared with you for review, giving you the opportunity to request any edits or adjustments. We’re happy to refine details along the way to ensure the final piece feels meaningful, polished, and exactly right.
Delivery & Sharing
Your completed video will be finished within 7 days and be delivered digitally via email and can also be provided on a flash drive upon request. This makes it easy to upload, share, or post online—such as to a private or public YouTube page—so family and friends can view it wherever they are. Turn around times of 4 days or less are subject to a rush fee.
